The “change” is underway but as everything bau so nothing seems to change a lot at ground level working group

Cons

A lot uncertainties, always headcount issues but people at ground level working group is too little compare to the top management that barely assist with the overloaded works

Management is passive instead of active at work. Quite selfish when come to the benefit of employees and themselves.
