      Pros

      Solid company, decent benefits, long legacy of delivering IT services. New CEO which is MUCH needed, hopefully, he can make the company more innovative

      Cons

      Lack of vision by old school cronies who should step out of the way. Too much focus on the financials without regard for doing what is right by the customer.

      Pros

      Lawrie is heading the company in the right direction with Industry orientation and a single face to the client.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the lines of business have never and may never figure out how to work together and frankly aren't motivated to do so. This is not a sales oriented culture with a "can do" attitude.
