Pros

Its a job. Better than unemployment . Good place to sit for a few months while you search for work.

Cons

The lie to you from day one. Make you work as a temp for at least two years and when you do get hired there is NO pay increase from whatever the temp agency was paying. Also no raises whatsoever for the technicians. Many haven't seen even the cost of living raise for years. Dis-organized with a huge turnover. Management could care less about employee concerns.

Pros

I don't see how I can have anything nice to say about a company that fired me for taking family medical leave because of my complicated pregnancy.

Cons

This company covers up blatant discrimination. How can you call a mother that just had a baby three weeks after giving birth to tell her she has no job to return to? I have always had great performance reviews. Nothing less that "consistently exceeds expectations." How do you replace someone who performs? I'll tell you, discrimination!

Pros

There are none. If there are pros, then I cannot think of them at the moment.

Cons

I do not recommend working for this company especially the computer programming section. They put too much pressure on their employees and do not give any praise for their hard work. Say good-bye to family time during the holidays. They will make you work on the weekends and overwork you until you are stressed to your very core. What CSC does not realize is that they offer the world to their clients, but at the same time are whipping their employees to deliver what they promised. Stress is the number one killer. I can easily tell you that your life will be shorter if you decide to work for this company. I forgot to mention that someone who is working full time (and even overtime) is only getting paid part-time. Does that sound legally fair? I'd be careful CSC because you could be seeing a lawsuit upon your hands very soon.
