Business Outlook
Pros
Very Professional Coworkers; Paid vacation time is on an "as requested" basis which can be pretty good if you're just starting out... with "No Limit" supposedly. Lots of positions will allow you to work independently.
Cons
Management seems to be chasing short term cost reductions to impress stockholders or obtain bonuses. Those cost reductions which are mostly obtained with "Staffi" reductions" are so they can fill those same positions with cheaper offshore or nearshore labor. Hard to keep positive when you're are always looking over your shoulder.
