Pros

It is decent pay and decent hours. I like my bosses, and enjoy the scenery up here. I get to travel out of state.

Cons

Little to no overtime. Older equipment on some of the sites. I just wish all was upgraded, perhaps in time though.

Pros

It's a job that is somewhat reliable considering the current state of the economy. They support education advancement

Cons

Too much middle management. Lack of fair compensation. Zero loyalty from the company to the employee. As a lead technician on a US Army training device (simulator), I was told that if the customers (soldiers) want me to wear a clown costume and serve ice cream out of my trainer while in the desert, that I better damn well do it.
