Pros

Nice cafeteria and covered garage.Some nice people.

Cons

, Horrible environment; bullies and some crazy people that should have never been hired. Lots of turn around. Horrible 401K, they give you the money only at the end of the year. Mr. Lawrie is in his own world, very different to the way he was at IBM.

- Restructuring of business model can become stressful for employees - "Last one in, first one out" mentality and not who does the job the best
