Fast pace, constant change, and a challenge around every corner. High comp plans.

Cons

Constant change and layoffs, rising healthcare costs, demand to close deals, and ultimately the high comp plan kept changing

Pros

There are some great people at CSC, who care.

Cons

Almost no investments in future offerings. A almost 45 day view of Operating Income, and if it is not happening people get let go. There is a continual stream of layoffs. Senior execs only care about themselves. Could care less about the customer, all they care about it operating income and how to maximize it.
