Pros

It gives you your individual space and platform to work, experiment and bring forth the best out of you. You would get every chance to enhance yourself at every step as you go along the growth ladder.

Cons

There can not be any downsides of working with a particular organization in my opinion. Rather it depends on the individual as to how he / she creates an opportunity (given / seen/ seeing) to his / her advantage.

Pros

CSC has mostly good, smart people. Great HQ offices in Adlershot - excellent environment to work in.

Cons

Business operates in silos/fifdoms resulting in severe duplication and inefficiences. Cumbersome & unclear processes and severe lack of investment into internal systems over the years. Am always mystified that clients never ask CSC to provide examples where they eat their own dog food. Although things are on the change with the new CEO turning the organization on its head bring in a new team to replace the old guard. Stress levels are high and working hours have increased due to the fall out. Let's hope the good people stick around.
