cubicles for office space for engineers which is pretty common every place I have worked.

Pros

If you are part of the 'fair haired' group, your career will progress. If you tap into the right network, you will have opportunity for business development and international experience.

Cons

If you are NOT part of the 'fair haired' group, your career will SUCK, plain and simple. Eventually, you'll be marginalized and put on the bench. Depending on who's in your corner, your bench time can be as short as 30 days or as long as 6 months. It depends on who likes you. If your career is stuck in the mud there - best to look for greener pastures elsewhere.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits and some decent co-workers are the main reason to work here. Facilities and equipment are adequate for the job.

Cons

ZERO credibility as a consulting company. Do NOT believe them when they tell you there is a "bench", there is not. You have to find your next project BEFORE your previous one is done and by the way leaving before is looked down upon.
