Good benefits. Good place to disappear into a global organization. Lots of online training programs and opportunities to learn about technology.

Cons

Lack of compensation rewards for assisting in the sales process. Requires keen political awareness to stay in the game. Lack of understanding that the billable resources generate the revenue and need to be treated with more respect and fairness.

The global nature of the company requires a lot of travel. I was not up for that anymmore with a young family
