Pros

The people that work at CSC are their most valuable asset. Everyone takes their jobs seriously and works 200%.

Cons

Company constantly re-organizing. Upper Mgmt. doesn't value the employees. Overworked, Salaried positions, no increases. Performance Review Process a Farce.

Total lack of respect for the employees No room for advancement Poor Salary Moral of all employees very, very low No support from Management No interest in Customer Satisfaction Customers are NOT put first!!! Shareholder profits only thing that counts as important to Management
