      Excellent senior level thinking but it starts to fall through the cracks on the way down

      Pros

      -Good Benefits -Best in class practices -Good infrastructure and tech nology I really enjoyed working from the CSC campuses. Work was even paced and well laid out. It was fun when I knew what I needed to do in advance.

      Cons

      The middle management tends to really drop the ball. The culture in India has especially been ruined by some sales and BRM hires at the senior level.

      Pros

      Great work culture Very cool environment to work Not very much pressure work life balance is very good. IT depends on the project which project you are allocated to .Some project are very great that they will provide you every kind of opportunities to learn and some projects are very stable.Nothing new in those projects.Monotonous work in some project.If you have an experience of 6- 7 years then it is good organisation for you.

      Cons

      In terms of financial needs it is not a good company. Some times employee do not get hike for 2 years even working very hard. In terms of financial it is not good.
