Pros
Its Name. Less bench strength, which means you will have work. Good policies, regarding comp offs, car loan, own your computer etc. i will recommend all to join but do read further for things to keep in mind before joining.
Cons
Poor training structure for freshers. Lot of politics, some times it feels its better students should get enrolled into CSC for political carrier instead of going for Political Sciences course. Talks about process when it comes to governing project however they are all on papers. People here are only concerned about quantity and quality takes a back seat. This all because people here are uncertain about there future so they indulge in politics and other unethical stuffs to survive. Not to forget HR's don't exist in this company. You have issues well that's your problem.
