Cons
No career progression. Yearly performance reviews adds no value. Despite exceeding expectations, don't expect a payrise. Constant redundancy threat. Cannot regularly visit customer site as claiming expenses can get expensive which the management wants to avoid Constant barriers to work as good technical/non-technical resources are being made redundant with no one to fill their place Lack of processes Communication from management very poor. Lack of updates on Redundancy process. No effort made by management to make team members feel as being part of a team. Limited to no team building events or leaving do's when people leave. You have to be 100% billable and bill all your time to client even when you have downtime
