Cons

Definitely sense whose role is valued - for those that are not, it destroys employee morale. Not a lot of room for end-of-the-year performance bonuses despite the fact that they advertise it. I have spoken to colleagues that have worked there for almost 10 years that have never received a bonus despite being the best on the team. A lot of offshoring. Half of your team may be in another country. Starting wages are not competitive and are low in the industry.

No Pros I have experienced in my 6 years of experience here Perks - Nil Work -life Balance - Depends on the project and the manager Training - Depends on the location in which you are working. if you travel to the designated travel location, no expenses will be boren by the company

Pros

Lower-level management does its best to keep their direct employees afloat. When you work off-site, company lets you work your own schedule.

Cons

For my office, unless you're a 20-year retired military veteran, there's almost zero chance of promotion up the corporate ladder, let alone at the project/program management level.. CSC is undergoing a major restructuring and has deeply cut into employee benefits and hasseverly reduced employee morale: -In past years, pay increases barely kept up with inflation when I was already paid 30% less than my associates with similar work experience. This year, there were no pay increase across the board. -CSC's new vacation policy takes away hours that you earned. -Even our filtered water machine was removed from our office because the company wasn't going to pay for it. Seriously?
