      Pros

      Great coworkers in local office makes being at the office enjoyable. The flexibility of schedule and working from home is a big factor for me.

      Cons

      Management's consideration for employees is the worst I've ever seen of an employer. Three years to implement corporate policies which are a total disaster. Appraisal and career development processes are the biggest disappointment to date.
