I just started working here but so far everyone has been very helpful. I have heard good things previously so that is why when they reached out to me I responded quickly

Pros

Opportunities to learn and grow, Competitive salaries. Management does listen to concerns raised by employee and acts if possible. Flexible timing if approved by project manager.

Cons

Promotions are time driven and there are hardly any exceptions in my knowledge. Annual hikes are minimal so salary of people associated with csc since long time are not at par with industry standards.

Large company. Various perks at managerial level. Nice for people who want a stable job with no too much of push for performance.

Cons

Company is not doing good in recent years. Too much flab at managerial level. Promotion getting harder day by day. Quality of employees getting diluted.
