Pros

Very hard to find anything positive apart from the loyalty shown by long termers (of which I was one (10+ years)) of which it was more fear of the unknown than a positive nature of the employment

Cons

Management are clueless of the discontent within the organisation! Even surveys of poor staff morale were ignored as being a 'few bad eggs' (72.4% staff dis-satisfaction in the UK alone!). No incentive to retain experienced staff and allow that experience to leave during the 'redundancy programmes' and expect the standard of devilry or customer service to be retained but not expecting a backlash from those clients who were fed up with the crap service and delivery they received!

Pros

Good educational assistance program available.

Cons

The company is in the middle of a complete overhaul of the internal hierarchy and has also split into two entities. Morale is low, upward mobility is practically non-existent, and talent is jumping the ship.

Pros

- Willingness to invest in licenses for software tools & resources - Tuition Assistance and other helpful employee benefits to take advantage of

Cons

- Salaries for employees in the Michigan office were extremely low compared to market value for tech positions - Employees expected to take on very large burdens in an effort to stay "leaner" - Company would restructure management multiple times a year to "fix" problems, rather than putting any actual systemic changes in place to improve service offerings or improve employee experience - Employees in my division were coerced into giving good employment satisfaction scores, told that very annoying practices would be put in place if we gave less than satisfactory ratings. - Frequent on-shore layoffs in favor of off-shore resources - Very poor communication with, and management of, off-shore resources that were in charge of developing service offerings
