- Decently Talented Co-Workers - Tons of Resources (if you can get them to pay for them) - Good Work-Life Balance (9-5pm type of job) - Good Educational Assistance Policy

Cons

- Employees are treated like numbers (90,000+ Employees) - Tons of Middle Management that only acts to stand in your way - Many silos among different organizations that make it difficult to get cross-functional projects done - Operating on a new Outsourcing Model that Doesn't Work - Seems like they're trying to be the "Wal-Mart of Outsourcing" - Employee Reviews that mean nothing and go no-where (You'll consistently be ranked 3 out of 5 so they don't have to give you a raise)

CSC wins contracts in spite of themselves which then gives employees interesting work with opportunities to grow.

Cons

Management does not care about people or balance of work life. They made cuts in staff that affected the companies ability to deliver. They allowed senior managers to stay in positions until the client threatens even more senior management to remove them.
