Pros

When the company was unionized through PROSA, the benefits and work life balance were amazing. Opportunity to work on various global clients and projects to gain experience. Salary higher than average in the Copenhagen office. Ability to try out working in various positions and return to your former group if it didn't work out.

Cons

Dissention between teams so this made it difficult to collaborate. Distrust of management as so many failed attempts to change work methodologies. Training was often denied due to budget reasons so it was demotivating.

Employee friendly policies. Work timings are flexible. Good technical exposure and onsite opppurtunities. Learn a lot for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Since the company has grown so much now less emphasis is laid on employee growth now. Also changing a project sometimes can be difficult.

Good opportunity to improve skills via CBT courses Many projects available. However, most are small

Cons

Terrible benefits are provide. Health Insurance is the worst I have seen They don't value employees at all. Whenever there is a change, the employees are the ones who end up loosing.
