      Pros

      Work Schedule is very flexible. They have great air conditioners in the summer months. Some of the office locations are in excellent areas.

      Cons

      Management communication is slim to none Allowed office construction to happen during work hours then offered vaccuum to clean up the construction workers mess all over your own desk Have been told by management to lie about hours worked and other matters

      Pros

      Interesting projects and technologies. Opportunities to gain exposure to varied industry types by working with different clients. Many interesting and fun work mates.

      Cons

      Very little long term investment in people. Opaque career path / structure. Low pay and few benefits compared to other similar companies. Short-term thinking seems to extend from highest levels - the company seems to be run for the benefit of shareholders and highest level management instead of for customers. Very little done to motivate staff.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, paid sick and vacation hours are decent, flexible work hours, good entry level experience, some nice people.

      Cons

      Not much space available for advancement within career track, pay raises are minimal, very large corporate company atmosphere unless you like that sort of thing.
