Pros
1.)Sit Back relaxed environment 2.)Most of the people here consider it an old age retirement home.Come to office chit chat .Complete 9:30 hours and then leave for home 3.) You get a lot of time to play TT.
Cons
1.)U will be asked to cut down on your vacations unnecessarily. 2.)You will get to see the real office politics here. 3.) Lay Back attitude of managers is a serious no no.They more interested in at what time you come to office and leave ,at what time you go too lunch moreover they even keep an eye on people who you are talking to. 4.) They seriously give you peanuts in salary but i keep that aside because it comes equivalent to the rubbish work you do
