      Pros

      Lots of Testing & Support related projects. Have time to learn enough on the above said Testing & Support related stuff. Supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      Pay hikes are Nightmare, doesn't increase much, even rated high on Appraisals. If looking for challenging career growth, No this is not the place. Nothing much that you can do New. Competitor's (CTS,TCS etc.)are taking away most of the current projects and only few projects are there.
