Sales drove too much of the deal scope to the point that the estimated work had to adjusted to reflect the desired sales amount while risking the ability to deliver a quality product East Coast driven - midwest not respected

Pros

You get to work for many different companies and industries which looks great on a resume. Normally people are very smart within the company.

Cons

Once you join, compensation increases are virtually nil. Csc is competetive with starting salaries but once you join, a raise over 3% is unheard of.
