Good Brand Name. Ethics at its highest level(only from the employee side) Good set of online resources.

Cons

Satisfaction depends highly on immediate management. Management has gone back on its words and CTC payment it promised during entry. If u are willing to go the extra miles...U would be asked to cross a interstate Highway. For women, Maternity rules and holidays has become stringent. Very Poor Transport.(will be taken all around the city). Clients are very important..Employees not that much. Be ready to work on weekend and stringent holiday policy.

Employee treatment was un fair,lots and lots of politics and finally not all a gud compensation do the employees get..

Solution leadership is very poor, and resources are not available to meet client needs. when your product is resources and knowledge, and they are not available....difficult to meet client needs
