Strong client base, global foot print in 80+ countries, new c level management focused on turnaround, high employee loyalty

Cons

Moving as many jobs to India as possible, reducing salaries and benefits, new management places no value on existing managers or employees, poor systems, no investment in training

Pros

More laughs than a Three Stooges movie. Great stories to tell after you leave - though people may think you are making it up. Technical skills not required. Business knowledge not required. Laser like focus on billing the customer for everything, anything and nothing. Nice conference rooms and offices at Corporate Headquarters. Kiss butt and do what you're told no matter how inane and you will be a director in no time. Plenty of vacant office space. No problem finding parking.

Cons

Clueless management. Process more important that accomplishment. Embarrassment. Suffocating bureaucracy. Time Entry System TES Customers (aka by management as chumps) taking out their frustrations on you. Archaic infrastructure and internal systems.
