Pros

Immediate supervisors take care of employees. Benefits reduced in price this year.

Cons

Management out of touch with lower level employees. Pay minimum required at all levels for each job position. No standard pay raise each year. Revised rating scheme for the last 2 years so they would not have to give pay raises.

Pros

Some good people left, that's about it but everyone is bailing as fast as they can with the pending merger of HPE ES.

Cons

Upper management (L2) needs to become more transparent with employees and take action on feedback given to them. Don't count on anyone helping you out. It's a 'take care of yourself' atmosphere. If you come to work at CSC, make sure you negotiate a high salary because many employees have not seen a raid in four years.

Pros

Decent salary but get it up front because no raises or bonuses or promotions

Cons

No care for the employees unless your billable, terrible benefits, forced vacation. If you finish a project you better hope you have another one or you are gone. The only focus is the return for investors and with no new work the only way to show growth was through lay offs
