Pros
CSC has a lot of hard working and intelligent people. Chances are the immediate team that you're a part of wants to succeed and is willing to help you succeed as well.
Cons
Upper management seems to cling to the old-school method of management and cost-control, which is to cut labor costs regardless of the net effect on the remaining employees or the service to the customer. Many employees are continually looking over their shoulder to see if layoffs are coming for them to, leading to very, very low morale. Recent organizational changes have not been explained and many in the company are left wondering what the executive board is up to.
