Some nice people (hit/miss), but all surficial support when problems arise. Very top down.

Cons

Remote location is very difficult in large corporation. HR doesn't really listen to problems. Middle manages don't know the work, switch often. Were ranking performance on a bell curve for a high performing group. Not sure how this can be justified. No support for training unless their online complany-wide offering or advanced degree.

Hours suck, management sucks, moral is in the crapper!! non existent increases in pay for exceeding your KRA's.
