      Pros

      Great coworkers. Glassdoor wants at least 20 words but I don't have that many. So I'm using x x x

      Cons

      CSC used to be a great company to work for until 2012. No raises in 3yrs, no bonuses unless you're ML or PS, horrible work life balance. No growth so that means headcount reductions, over and over and over. The only thing slowing down the layoffs is the double digit attrition (also referred to as cleansing the talent pool)

      Pros

      Fairly high autonomy to do job. Base pay higher than the software companies, lower than Big 4. Reputation of company employees tends to be above average. Several highly successful projects over last few years. It remains possible to get great experience at CSC.

      Cons

      Company is in major transition. Benefits becoming increasingly more expensive, and had above average costs before. Base pay being reduced in some cases. Administrative support has become minimal so adds stress to the job. Travel policy is restrictive.

      Pros

      Regular salary payments, food vouchers, additional health insurance.

      Cons

      Some experienced and knowledgeable people don't get what they deserve and many leave the company. Uncertain future for the Graphtalk department . Limited chance to work with Graphtalk outside the company. Good job for a beginner, but not for the ambitious developer who seeks a good career.
