Pros

You get to work from home some days.

Cons

Constant change. Low pay. No real direction -- Salaries remain low (No raises in many years) probably to make it look better to buyer (Company up for sale for many years, just not palatable enough for buyer yet) -- So one of the benefits is working from home, but this just means CSC has far less real estate to worry about when sold. Bottom line is the company does not value employees, therefore CSC is "hemorrhaging" employees.

Pros

Extremely large, well known company with internal room to make connections and grow. Training program for new hires was quite valuable.

Cons

There is a disconnect between recruiters and the company. They tell you that they will place you near home, then once you accept the offer they change and say you'll actually have to move. Once placed in a position, you'll find the majority of people BS around all day and work/innovation comes to a crawl. Meeting after meeting, grunt work, and you end up sitting around wondering what you've actually accomplished. CSC will higher you for a lower paying job role, and once hired they'll change your role to a more prestigious one, while keeping your salary at the lower paying job's level. Ex: They hire you as a junior BA, then switch you to a mid level developer.
