Pay was very good...ten years ago. Equipment and training supplied....ten years ago. Open door policy and information sharing..ten years ago.
Cons
Complete lack of Ethics in all areas: unfair promotions. Everyone onsite has heard who is getting posted positions before interviews are even held. No anonymity when reaching out for help from HR. When you get to work the next day everyone has been told who called HR and why..so NOBODY will ever collaborate with those in trouble because retaliation is ALIVE AND WELL at Fort Hood. Site is managed by threats, harrasment and intimidation. Comete lack of diversity within the management chain. Training, Security, customer billing and time charges are blatantly falsified and everyone turns a blind eye.
