Compensation has been held flat for 3 years, empty promises made yearly about how it will get better. Each year benefits for North American employees erode. Continual churn in leadership leads to continually changing priorities and direction and the feeling nothing gets accomplished.
Dumb management you can get away with most anything. Flexible schedule, You can miss days at a time an no one notices.
Cons
Look at the pros. Upper management is made up of slime ball sales people who sell vaporware to customers and then put pressure on the internal staff to lie or come up with a solution that they can push off as the promised one.
