Great company for people with no career aspirations

Pros

There are very few good projects in CSC which are Covansys projects where resources will have growth, onsite long terms etc.

Cons

Most of the projects are bad. CSC suits for people who does not have career aspirations and just want to have some monthly regular income. Leadership is terrible which will impede the growth of employees. No strigent process is followed across many projects. Resource is not allowed to change projects although resource is not happy with the work. Only resignation is the way to leave the project. Interest of resource never ever takes priority.

Pros

Overall Good. Nice compensation, Better empowerment of employee for work-life balance. Being a MNC, it has some good policies.

Cons

You will hate your job if you land up with a bad manager/client. CSC needs to evolve on this aspect. Plus, being so much process oriented, is quite an headache. Plus, even if compensation is good, the salary structure can still be improved to save more tax.

Good Pay... But now it's not the case... Flexible.. No Time constraints.. Internet Browsing is good Telephone calls are unlimited.

Cons

Will loose Technical abilities once we join the company No Onsite oppurtunites. No Motivation No Professional Growth.. Worst company... No Hikes
