Pros

The contract leadership was helpful in dealing with a family emergency and my medical appointments. Support staff was helpful in dealing with issues within corporate.

Cons

Long work hours for salary, despite being paid hourly. You work 40+, you get your salary, work less, you get hourly. No overtime, medical was dismal, dental and vision was below average. Contract traded hands three times in five years, I stated on for five years, took 2 pay cuts, had 5 outstanding yearly performance reports, no pay raise.
