Pros

The work was challenging and never dull. There are a lot of great people that work there, but not many stay.

Cons

The management philosophy was very similar to the military. Do what are you are told, when you are told and how you are told. Any details are on a need to basis only, with many details never communicated to the ranks. There is very little upward mobility and the management makes very poor decisions for short term results. Compensation, facilities and equipment are on the low end.

Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with are CSC employees. They have a deep concern for the customer and the company.

Cons

Employees working at an offsite location do not always see themselves as CSC employees. They tend to take on the mantel of their customer. CSC can correct this by having senior management visit these sites on a regular basis.
