Mostly the work culture is fine to good. International work environment.

Cons

The People Manager are bad are very partial and their decisions are not cross checked by other senior managers. If you don't bother about promotions and hikes, this is a good place to work.

I have worked here for 12 years. It used to be a great place, then ok place and now horrible place.

Cons

No growth, no skill development, no salary reviews, no one cares. No one rows this boat, and they are letting the billable resources keep it afloat.
