      Pros

      - work life balance is good 3/4ths of a year. - great for lateral hires, experienced personnel - company encourages to take leaves quarterly, flexible to WFH

      Cons

      - pay is less for people who start as freshers although is acceptable for freshers but once freshers turn into experienced professionals they will feel underpaid as per marker standard - minimal company outings, team parties mostly coz teams are in diverse locations

      Lots of process & team structure create slow response for clients. But next gen model will change things.
