Pros

The pay here is pretty decent as well as the benefits and vacation policies. You get to work with some pretty high profile clients.

Cons

Managers lack experience. Company will let people go that are valuable and then they have no one to fill that position. No communication what so ever.

Good collaborative environment. No matter where you work, you get assigned a "home room manager" that knows everything about the job that you do on a day to day basis.

Yearly evaluation focus too much on corporate goals rather than individual achievements
