Pros

After just a little over a year at CSCI I can easily see why this company is rated so well. The leadership was willing to work with my needs on day one, and continue to do so. There are always community activities to get involved with and the overall projects the company wins are fun to work on.

Cons

Smaller company, so you may not work with many other CSCI employees in your area.

CSCI provides an excellent work life balance, competitive compensation, flexibility, and great coworkers.

Cons

Overall provided benefits package is inferior to many other companies, but this is supplemented with higher compensation.

Pros

I appreciate that although CSCI is a smaller company, it continues to work to build in areas that are important to employees and company culture. Leadership offers support often and when needed, there are open lines of communication all the way to the top. So along with competitive compensation, continued company growth, and being employee focused; CSCI is a dynamic company to work for.

I genuinely don't have any cons.
