Pros

After 30 years of diverse professional experience, I've seen countless organizational mission statements that exist only on websites and wall plaques. CSCI values are evident in daily customer and associate relationships; putting people first, work like balance, professional accountability and doing what is right, always.

Cons

Obtaining federal security clearance requires patience with an uncertain timeline (2 to 6 months). It's wise not to resign from current employment until security clearance is obtained.
