Pros

I’m in my 6th year with CSCI and have never once regretted working for this company. I work remotely, but CSCI ensures remote workers still feel included in the company.

A Great Place to Work and Play

Pros

CSCI is one of those rare gems in the job arena. The atmosphere is very much family oriented and friendly. People are respected, treated with dignity and worth, and shown genuine care when in need. The pay and benefits are very competitive and the work is diverse and interesting.

Cons

Due to the nature of the work there is not as much opportunity for advancement, but the pay and benefits are structured such that you can continue to advance and take on more responsibility even if your title doesn't change.

Pros

Value consultants and corporate employees equally, generous compensation, honor employees who are simultaneously currently serving in the U.S. Military, opportunities for growth.

Cons

No company-wide conferences that would allow consultants to interface and interact with Corporate more and increase sense of company cohesiveness and inclusion that can be lost in companies with both consultants and corporate employees. To be fair, this could be due to the pandemic, and as I came onboard at the start of it, I’m not sure if the company hosted such events in the past.
