After reviewing your post, we have been trying to reconcile your feedback with the established, solid reputation that CSG has earned in its industry. While we have our flaws and areas in which we need to improve, your comments indicating that our employees, management, and our work are all “terrible” and that the company should cease to exist, are not consistent with the qualities of a company that has been in business for over 30 years, has over 350 employees, and is currently successfully serving over 250 public agency customers.
Combined with the fact that no Proposal Specialist (a recently implemented job title at CSG) has ended their employment with CSG’s southern California office, and no employee in that type of role in that office has ended their employment with CSG after less than a year, this all leads us to question whether you are reviewing the correct company especially given that there are numerous companies featured on Glassdoor which operate under the same “CSG” name.
