-Certain areas of the business use numbers as a smoke screen rather than driving better business decisions -Middle management decisions are quite often questionable and short sighted

Good pay, good benefits, long tenured employees

Cons

Environment is very competitive but not in a good way. CSG used to have more of a family environment, people cared about other people. Now its very political, everyone trying to get ahead and they don't care what they do to get there.
