Manipulative, unprofessional and no Work life balance

1. You can quote a good pay at the beginning itself. (Later it's not guaranteed that you'll get a raise) 2. Benefits such as sodexo. 3. Good diversity.

Cons

1. Management is extremely manipulative, scapegoats their mistakes on you and plays the blame game. Very toxic. 2. No professionalism in the team. Arrogant juniors and manager behaving partially to cover them. 3. Working extra hours all 7 days is by default expected. Work is assigned to you on Friday evening and demanded to be completed Monday morning. 4. They'll hire you for one skill and make you work on something totally different, not relevant to market relevant skills.
