Great company to work for. Great people, great management

Pros

Lots of travel opportunities. Salaries are competitive. Decent work/life balance.

Cons

Training opportunities are almost non-existent. Hard to move into a different role because it is hard to get approval for training. However, good people will move up in their current roles quickly.

Flexible work place, good work life balance

Cons

Pay is not good( pay at lower of bracket). Does not Recognize those really behind the success of products building. Lower management give all success of products to operation and themselves, developers don’t gets recognition and fair compensation.
