Pros

The company has 2 nice new buildings in Omaha and the people make it a nice place to work.

Cons

Yearly increases in pay were much less than the year's inflation rate. Bonus' were rare and in 5 years I only found out they existed after I resigned and was asked by a co-worker why I would quite a week before the bonuses came out.
