Join here only if you have no other choice timings is worst here especially if its for Forte

Pros is only sodexo card they recharge from company , you can do purchase your grocery with that in few sites.
Cons
When they take your interview they say very general timings flexible all that. which is just upto you join the company, even timing flexibility mentioned in your offer letter which is just for name sake. So please do not make mistake as I did seeing glassdoor rating I joined here ,clearly asked interviewer abt timings as I have to manage my kids they promised timing is very flexible and max you stay upto 8 p.m.that too very rarely , where the reality is your standup call happens at 9.45pm onwards, and then your work just continue till midnight. I joined here for less package just thinking and seeing glassdoor review which in reality turned out to be a shock and curse for me. I am writing this review so that ppl dont be misguided like me. Especially Forte in CSG I have seen ppl are just absconding as they joined just because of the timings. And dev team in Bangalore is crying due to work pressure and timings you will be very much over burdened. Pandemic work life balance is screwed.
