Pros

Easy job, freedom, no micro management

Cons

If it is contracted for Deloitte, your best bet is to run the other direction. Dishonest! Your paycheck will be short. Management is non existent; it is nearly impossible to get help when something goes wrong.

Pros

*Great company culture at the corporate location in Jacksonville *Great Midtown Location-very convenient-Sky rise with a beautiful view *Some great team members aboard in the Atlanta & Jacksonville offices *Mike Israel (CSI Tech’s Greatest Asset) makes sure he keeps the business coming in Jacksonville and a great work ethic.

Cons

*Micromanagement/no autonomy-Do not ask to work remote. The answer is no. *Leadership in the Atlanta office is severely lacking. The current manager does not know how to communicate effectively and actively using one of the only senior recruiter to communicate with the team about everything -down to your performance. *Manager avoids having direct conversations especially with people of color. *Promotes current staff into positions they are not qualified for leaving the recruiter team to “roll with the punches” while they figure it out *High turnover-fired several top producers with no plan of action for recruiters after they left. CSI Tech division is constantly changing. Recent management changes. *High burdens=less money for you as a recruiter *Minimal accounts *Constant payroll blunders *Accountability is for people who they do not favor or that doesn’t make the top dollar

Pros

This company is so much fun to work at. The people here for the most part really care and will become your new family. With fitness perks unlike any other company, you could work out on your lunch break and totally transform your body through use of the gym and personal trainers. The volunteer opportunities and spirited themed events throughout the year are an added level of excitement that you don't see everywhere.

Cons

Working from home even amid Covid was very much seen as an avoid at all cost option. They did not trust you to be working remotely or get your work done accurately this way. At the same time, being salaried holds expectations of 45 hour work weeks. It's a bit outrageous considering there is not work to do for this amount of time. Why would I want to stay at work longer than 40 hours if I have nothing else to do. Career paths are lacking and there is not normally a development path. People do not want to train you on their work because they need job assurance in being the only person to know how to do a certain task. New upper management will not involve you in meetings or take effort to get to know you. Instead they hire a person to investigate the department and report back what issues are. This felt very cold and impersonal.
