culture is great and its growing.

Cons

leadership is all about themselves and their bonuses and will fire you just to make their numbers. Leadership is like high school. If you are in the 'in' group that's great, but if not 'good luck'.

The money seems great, but they will not pay you what is promised. Your paycheck will be short every time

Easy job, freedom, no micro management

Cons

If it is contracted for Deloitte, your best bet is to run the other direction. Dishonest! Your paycheck will be short. Management is non existent; it is nearly impossible to get help when something goes wrong.
